Winemaker's Notes:

A nose of ripe blueberry, Golden Delicious apple, white peach and papaya, with flinty complexity; the palate starts off with a kiss of sweetness and a supple feel, but is quickly restrained by dry, chalky textures and skate-blade acidity in the middle.
