Food Pairings for Cave de Tain Syrah
Brilliant, deep ruby colour. Fresh nose of red fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) with notes of spices (pepper, cinnamon), and a hint of liquorice. On the palate, supple and smooth tannins: a good expression of light structured Northern Rhône Syrah.
Production: 500.000 Bottles produced.
Notes: Vinification: 100% of the grapes are destemmed. Vatting in stainless steel tanks (8 to 10 days).
