Nose: blackberry, floral, cherry, raspberry, meaty, earthy, yet with light, elegant overtones. Palate: raspberry, blackberry, meaty richness, mineral notes, initially with hints of soy sauce on the back palate. Medium bodied, but with great depth -- an interesting contrast between the meaty, savoury rich flavours, and an overlying lightness and elegance. Savoury and elegant. Sharp lively acid, smooth but firm tannins. Long on the palate. Drinking very nicely now.
