Reviews

I tasted this wine at Cathedral Ridge and brought home two bottles. I've already ordered more. I paired this with a nice steak and roasted veggies, and it was divine. I'm a true fan!

This red wine is definitely rocking out a flavor profile that consists of peppered mixed fruit jam, and earth, a trait any fine Bordeaux Red would be proud to carry. I can't stress enough the pepper and earthiness that exists in this wine on the mid palette. The finish is very delicate and perhaps a touch escaping, but that makes this wine vary pairable. My first "gut" pairing would be barbecued pork loin with a cherry chutney sauce. BAM!
