extremely vegetal and acidic. Nose of stewed rasin-fruit. very salty. not my cup of tea. Tried it with pasta and tomato sauce to cut through the acid. it didn't work.

possibly to young to drink right now because I decanted for a loooooong time and it didn't really change.
