Castello di Monsanto Vin Santo la Chimera 1993

Winemaker's Notes:

The Monsanto Vin Santo is a blend of equal parts Trebbiano and Malvasia that spent eight years in small 55 and 110-liter barrels. It is delicate, understated Vin Santo. Medium in body, its balance seems to favor aromatics and length on the palate rather than an expression of fruit, sweetness or concentration.
