This is a pretty nice package, smooth, yet with the classically zesty acidity and finely astringent tannins of Sangiovese. The fruit is nicely in the cherry end of the spectrum with notes of tobacco and herbs adding a bit of detail. Nicely refreshing and perfect for something simple and garlicky! 86pts

One of my go to favorite reds. Gabbiano makes an excellent and dependable Chianti.

Decent but unremarkable, and not noticeably different from regular, non-Classico 2007 Gabbiano Chianti.

Nice medium body ,medium dry classic chianti.Goes down smooth while not lingering.Goes with anything grilled or broiled as well or seasoned for that matter.Leans more toward the berry side verses pepper on taste. My favorite chianti for under $20
