- Intense nose of ripe jammy cherries, spices and a nice toast. Full bodied and nice balance, ending with a decadent finish. The wine is outstanding but compared to the same year Guado Al Tasso it coudn't stand it's ground when the food pairing was considered. The Ser lapo ran over the roasted veal while the Guado Al Tasso matched it perfectly. [91]
