Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

User Reviews for Castello Della Sala Marchesi Antinori Bramito del Cervo Chardonnay

Winemaker's Notes:

Castello della Sala stands on a rocky promontory (about 1500 ft. above sea level) in the Umbrian Apennines not far from the border with Tuscany, about 18km from the historical town of Orvieto.Pale golden in colour with gold hints. Green apple layered with light honey, spice and floral aromas lead to flavors of pie crust, light vanilla with a subtle toasty quality. The wine is always fresh with its lemony acid backbone. A pleasure to quaff!
