Just wow, this sparkling wine is perfectly balanced. The fruit is really the center of the wine but the rounded taste near the short finish is incredibly pleasant. This is really a fantastic wine to go with your light desert. This is a must to accompany cheese cake.

Winemaker's Notes:

Intense and bright garnet hue, on the cusp of pomegranate, with a delicate mousse. Fruity and floral, with delicate rose and exotic fruit scents. Fresh and pleasantly sweet with a taste that reveals its varietal characteristic. Excellent as dessert wine, it matches perfectly with jam tarts fruit salads and pastry. Also delicious with ice cream, or just on its own, as an accompaniment to conversation among friends. 51% Moscato Bianco and 49% Pinot Noir.
