A refreshing change from the heavier wines I have been having as of late. Elegant and nicely structured. Clean and easy drinking. Have not yet tried with food, nor decanted...I'm thinking it will only improve.

The Castello d’Abola estate is located in Radda in Chianti, where vine cultivation dates from the Etruscan period. The oldest buildings on the estate date from the 12th century, when the property was owned by the noble Magnate of Monterinaldi.
