A clean nose, showing lots of fresh currant and raisin, with and hints of Indian spice and vanilla. Full-bodied, with lots of spicy fruit character. Elegant and silky. Tempting now, but will improve. Best after 2007.

This is a top-notch Amarone, executed in a modern style, with incredible softness and intensity of flavors. The wine offers bursting cherry and currant berry fruit with playfully tart sweetness on the close. It's a lovely creation.

Shows dried berry, spice and cigar box notes, with dried fruits. Full-bodied, with round, caressing tannins and lots of ripe fruit and toasty oak, yet balanced and juicy. Why wait? But patience will pay off. Best from 2011 through 2018.

There's lots of ripe currant, flowers and oak on the nose and palate. Full-bodied, with firm tannins and a long finish of spice and mineral. A quality wine, but a little foursquare now. Needs time. Best after 2010.
