- Dark cranberry center slowly fading out to a lighter hue. On the nose cherry and meat juice with a background aroma that I can't quite put my finger on, maybe a dark herb of some sort? Medium to high tannins with medium/light body and medium acidity. On the palate, the cherry comes out nicely with a nice mineral background. It's a nice simple wine, but I am not a big of the finish however.Maybe time will give it some softness. 3.5
