Food Pairings for Castelfelder Glener Pinot Nero
One of the best pinot noir from Alto-Adige I've tried so far: clear and trasparent, consistent and with a pale red colour (some purple nuances at first). Intense and complex bouquet, mostly fruity (cherries, and some notes of liquorice and bark). Nice acidy, not disturbing the taste, equilibrated and persistent. I personally tried it with rabbit: great pairing.
