A little cheesy on the nose with lots of leesy floral notes and dusty soil aromas over pear fruits. Very fine and tense in the mouth with crystal clear fruit that is bright and lively with nice cut, refreshing and tense on the long, precise, finish which shows a hint of saltiness. This is a pear and mineral two-step with underlying complexity from extended lees contact and the added richness that has provided. I bet this gets better with time and so does the winery. Bottled exclusively in magnums, 28 Euro at the cellar door. 92pts
