Cascabel Tempranillo 2009
This Tempranillo is made in the Spanish 'joven' style. Roughly translated that means 'young wine' and in this case it means that the wine has been aged only 3 months in oak. Tempranillo makes a delicious wine when young. With little oak influence, the wine retains the fresh character that exudes from this variety in the year of vintage. It has aromas of fresh red berries and forest fruit and flavours of dark cherries and spice. It's lovely fresh and juicy drink now style.
