Decanted 1 hr. pale golden color, pineapple and green banana on the nose with notes of plant material, full bodied with lots of acid, tart grapefruit on the palette with minerality and subtle floral notes, a biscuity finish with notes of honey.

Enjoyed this 2008 Sauvignon Blanc from Chile, second bottle of it we've had. Sauvignon Blanc is my favorite white, and this offered the typical crisp grassy flavor of the varietal, powerful but lacking the syrupy nature of Chardonnay's.
