Casa Valduga Espumante Extra Brut NV

Editorial Review by Gregory Dal Piaz:

Chard/pn. 50/50 Sweet, toasted corn muffin, caramel, This is full autolytic glory, toasty, toasted corn, mushroom, dried apple, a little toasted coconut, super bright acidity draped in rich golden, toasty, brioche and apricot fruit, moderately fine mousse, taut, good length, really quite developed yet this remains fresh and lively on the palate, a hint of dried apricot and herb infects the caramelly finish, 91pts

Casa Valduga:
One of the biggest Brazilian producers of fine wine. Lots of technology and proffessional efforts make its large range of wines always very reliable. Its Gran Reserva Brut and Nature are fantastic.
