Viognier is a tough grape to make solid wine from: it can easily morph into overly-alcoholic, flabby swill. This bottle, however, provides crisp acid, great stone fruit aromas, and awesome florality. Viognier is oft-overlooked, but this wine always performs well when we open it up for tastings.
