Color: Young and intense bright purple red. Nose: Very clean and intense aromas with delightfully fresh red fruit and black pepper dominating the nose. Mouth: Well structured and juicy tannins that evolve toward a fresh and mouth-watering natural acidity in the mid palate. The finish is long and shows a light touch of oak. Service and food pairing: Ideal companion for red meat, pasta with spiced sauces and strong flavored vegetables. Recommended to decant half an hour prior to serving.
