Nice Chardonnay a little more 'toasty' on the back than I wanted...but I do want to try this again
i am lost to as why it is described as a 'dessert' wine. not at all, but a solid, dinner wine.
Complex, red fruit and cherry yields to prune with a backdrop of oak. Finishes with slight chalk. Tannins are well structured but slightly overbearing. Melliws well with some air to make a fine table wine.
Consistently an amazing wine. this one is a little young, but based on the track record of the wine, I am sure will show its stuff in a few years.

Chunky Cab, with dark raspberry and blackberry fruit pushed by firm cocoa and toast notes. More dark, bacony toast on the finish. Solid, if a bit square in the end. Drink now through 2008.
Bright and bold, with forceful berry aromas in front of dark, saturated fruit flavors. Medium to full in weight, with a sturdy tannic structure. Shows a big spice, pepper and chocolate element on the finish. Typically large and satisfying.
It doesnrsquo;t take an expert to quickly realize that this is a fine Cabernet. The nose deals potent black cherry and char, while airing unleashes a subtle perfume and floral notes. In the mouth, therersquo;s ripe berry flavors and chocolate, while late in the game the tannins stay smooth but tight. A congruent wine with no flaws. Ready now or ageable for a couple of years.
As always, this wine exhibits power and intensity, with leather, earth and beefy dark fruit making for an alluring bouquet. Round and ripe in the mouth, with big time cherry and chocolate accents. A wine with true star power, and the lasting notes of smoke and charcoal are the real deal.
Muscular and brutish now, with thick dark cocoa and toast dominating the blackberry and currant fruit. Big brawny finish is loaded, but very tight. Worth cellaring to see if the fruit can push through the toast. Best from 2006 through 2008.
Steady more than flashy or exotic. There is no shortage of cassis, berry and plum aromas, and the palate is packed, tannic and brings the full allotment of berry, plum and cassis flavors. Right now itrsquo;s a bit rough and tough, but that means it should hold for several more years.
Put this on the scale and watch it tip. Itrsquo;s a monster of a Cab thatrsquo;s quite tannic and therefore narrow on the palate. But if given time in a good cellar it may soften into something much more evolved than it is now. Early openers should expect black fruit in spades, with nail-like tannins. Best to have a steak on the grill if you are drinking this any time soon.
Wine Tasting Notes Clean and bright yellow with lime hints. Expressive and clean notes of the Casablanca Origin. Aromas of tropical fruit: papaya, mango, licci and also apricots. Notes of citrus like mandarin and lime. Very pleasant, fresh acidity in an appealing balance with subtle sweet spices of the oak finishing towards a long and lasting round palate.
