Casa Lapostolle Cabernet Sauvignon Rapel Valley NV
Colour: Bright yellow with delicate and pale green hints. Nose: Mineral notes with exuberant fruit aromas such as papayas, lime, mango and sweet spices at the end. Mouth: Concentrated but very refreshing at the beginning, followed by a good acidity that is balanced with lovely sweetness. The finish brings a light sweet spices touch coming from the oak. Service and Food Pairing: Enjoy now! Serve chilled at 10ºC as an aperitif or with fish and sea food in general, white meats and vegetarian dishes. Also very good with hot curries and thai.
Lapostolle was founded by the legendary family behind Grand Marnier.
