What to Expect

Cabenet Sauvignon: Originally of French origins, this versatile grape produces exceptional wines around the globe. It's usually medium to full bodied with a fine structure that supports black and red fruit flavors with typical notes of olive, chili and herbs that add complexity.

Winemakers Notes

Intense red ruby color. An expressive nose with elegant aromas of red fruits like ripe strawberries and currant. In mouth the “attaque” is perfumed with red and black fruits, such as blackberries and cherries. In the medium palate this elegant wine is supported by a really good structure with fine and delicate tannins. The end of mouth is persistent and suggests coffee notes.

A solid and concentrated red, with aromas of cassis, cherries and spices. Very characteristic of the variety, with red ripe fruits mixed with discreet toast flavors. A filling wine with soft tannins and a pleasing finish. Although enjoyable now, it can be cellared for a few years.
