This is a smooth, silky Pinot Noir with flavors of plum, berry, Asian spice and anise. This pairs well with grilled lamb or salmon.
The medium garnet-hued 2008 Pinot Noir offers smoky herb, red currant, and pomegranate notes in an evolved style. It represents a decent value. These noteworthy values are consistently well-made wines meant for uncritical drinking during their first 1ndash;2 years of life.
Cherry, strawberry and rhubarb notes define the aromatics of this wine and are backed by hints of cinnamon and oregano. Bright flavors of cherry, raspberry and ripe tomato are balanced by a layer of earthy mushroom. Smooth and silky!
