Carr Pinot Noir Sta. Rita Hills Three Vineayrds 2009

Winemaker's Notes:

92 points PinotReport: Medium-deep ruby color; deep, stewed cherry and plum aromas with spice and pepper notes; rich, ripe, complex plum and cherry flavors with black pepper and toasty oak notes; good structure and balance; long finish. Complex, ripe flavors make this well-structured Pinot great to drink on its own or to pair with a hearty meat dish. 350 cases made. (1/15/12)
