Carpineto Dogajolo Rose 2011

Editorial Review by Gregory Dal Piaz:

Dusty and earthy on the nose with a roasted strawberry tone and some sweet tea and carob top notes. A bit soft in the mouth. This has a rather tender texture as there is a thin gauze of richness that gives way to a core of lightly aromatic cherry fruit that in turn is rather short lived. Finish is all bitter almond and mineral tones. Rustic. 83pts
