Everything a Prosecco should be. Mostly dry, great persistent perlage. Mellow citrus flavors. Perfect party wine, everybody likes it. I rate it a five, because in its category, it's the best out there. Truly delightful.
This is a decent Prosecco with fine, continuous effervescence and a light (almost imperceptible) nose. Excepting the "Brut" nomenclature for the moment, the taste experience is minimalist with a touch of fresh bread and vanilla. Still, on the Plaza of St. Mark in Venice, this would be a winner - if not entirely in the the off-dry tradition. At the price I purchased this wine, a bargain indeed (we'll keep that a secret).
This prosecco was dry and bubbly. The color was almost clear. It was one of the favorites of the evening.
