Food Pairings for Carnivor Cabernet Sauvignon
I have had this wine a few times over the last few months and absolutely loved it. This is not your normal overpowering red. It was super approachable and juicy, but without the tannins that keep many people away from Cabernets.
I like it.
I agree! This is my favorite California Cabernet ! rich bold fruity and soft tannins. I been stocking up on this wine Really surprised how dark this is.reminded me of a black wine from Cohors France.love love love it !
External Reviews for Carnivor Cabernet Sauvignon
Big and bold in style, Carnivor Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep, inky color that alludes to its rich dark fruit layers. Notes of espresso, toasted oak and chocolate give the sturdy mid-palate an edgy undertone. A plush, velvety mouthfeel creates a refined smoothness that leads the way to a long, silky finish. - WineryWine Description: Notes of espresso, toasted oak and chocolate give the sturdy mid-palate an edgy undertone.Titratable Acidity: 0.6g/100mlpH: 3.71Alcohol Level: 13.8%Residual Sugar: .88g/100ml
Just as Cabernet Sauvignon, the "King of Reds," resides in the upper echelons of the wine world, the carnivore sits atop the food chain. Inspired by these two kings, we created Carnivor, a sophisticated wine whose bold, intense flavor is matched by a refined smoothness.
