- The Cote de Carneros exhibits the best for which the Carneros region is known. 100% Carneros Pinot Noir yields wine of great concentration and fruit flavors. With cherry aromas complimented by a rich note of black pepper spice, and toasty French oak. The flavors are refreshing cherry and strawberry jam balanced by soft and elegant French oak notes. The tannins are soft and the velvety fruit lingers long into the finish. Serve with grilled chicken, pork chops, salmon or similar fare. Allowed to age in the bottle longer than any of our other Pinots, this wine is the perfect wine for dinner tonight.
