- Deep ruby, clear and quite beautiful. Raspberry, candy, wet stone and plum with a hidden herbal quality. Rich on the palate with a medium tannin and dry overall feel. Alcohol is noticeable but in balance. Rich fruit, raspberry, spice(black pepper) and a meatiness...Wow a lot of wine for 12 bucks! (50)+5+13+16++8=92 [92]

- A deep violet color, with intense aromas of red fruits, some menthol and spicy complexity. In the palate the wine shows great structure, with firm tannins, fruity flavors with a rich complexity and delightful persistence. Wine and Food: Serve with boar, duck, goose, lamb, venison in spicy sauce, couscous, cheeses: Gouda, Gruyere
