The grapes were handpicked from a selection of our cooler vineyards in the Leyda Valley. The combination of soil, sun exposure, climate, as well as ripeness of the grapes,provides a great diversity of components to the final blend and produces the distinctive characteristics of this Reserva Sauvignon Blanc. There is an attractive herb and tomato leaf with intense lime, grapefruit and passion fruit nose. On the palate it is crisp and refreshing, pairing excellently with seafood of all kinds, particularly oysters,shrimp, and fish, as well as white meats and salads, or as an aperatif.

The combination of soil, sun exposure, climate, as well as ripeness of the grapes, provides a big diversity of components to the final blend and produces the distinctive characteristics of Reserve Sauvignon Blanc. The must had cold maceration with lees during 12 days at 3° - 4°C. and then fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks. The temperature was kept at an average of 13°C, producing a low and gentle fermenting process. After fermentation was carried out, the wine remained on gross lees for up to 3 months. Vintage: Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc Area: Casablanca Valley Alc: 13% Palate: Shows brightness, clean and a crispy finesse. Classic minerality , floral and herbal hints, framed by green notes of citrus and asparagus . Begins with scents of silex mineral notes, nice white pepper and herbal hints blended with aromas of pink grapefruit and citric fruit. A long finish with a vibrant and refreshing acidity. A strong complexity, good structure, and a taste that lingers in your mouth. R/S: 1.9 g/ltr Serve: Excellent with lobster and king crabs, fish with soft sauces.
