The grapes were handpicked from a selection of our cooler vineyards in the Leyda Valley. The combination of soil, sun exposure, climate, as well as ripeness of the grapes,provides a great diversity of components to the final blend and produces the distinctive characteristics of this Reserva Sauvignon Blanc Gran Reserva. There is an attractive herb and tomato leaf with intense lime, grapefruit and passion fruit nose. On the palate it is crisp and refreshing, pairing excellently with seafood of all kinds, particularly oysters,shrimp, and fish, as well as white meats and salads, or as an aperatif.
