The grapes were handpicked from the best selection of the cooler - grown estate vineyards in Casablanca Valley. The combination of soil, sun exposure, climate, as well as ripeness of the grapes, provides a big diversity of components to the final blend and produces the distinctive characteristics of Reserve Sauvignon Blanc. The must had cold maceration with lees during 12 days at 3° - 4°C. and then fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks. The temperature was kept at an average of 13°C, producing a low and gentle fermenting process. After fermentation was carried out, the wine remained on gross lees for up to 3 months. At last, the wines were racked, blended, gently fined and bottled. Grapes : 100% Sauvignon Blanc Region : Chile / Casablanca Valley Maker : Sebastian Labbe Notes : Attractive herb and tomato leaf with intense lime, grapefruit and passion fruit notes. Crisp and refreshing on the palate. Serve : Ideal as an aperitif, also excellent with lobster and king crabs, fish with soft sauces, aswell as white meats and salads ABV : 13%
