60% Syrah 40% Cabernet Sauvignon The grapes come from Estate Vineyards that are located in the foothills of the Maipo Valley. The grapes were harvested by hand and selected before crushed. This blend aged in French and American oak barrels for a period of 8 months. The wine was bottled for an additional ageing period of 4 months before release. With this, tannins were softened and matured. Ageing Potential: 5 to 7 years.
