Carmen seems to have deteriorated over last two years. There is an acidic edge to it that is hard to palate with underpinnings of harsher tannins than previous years that lend to it a less pleasant experience. A parting of the ways is in order. Too bad as CArmen had produced some very good years.
Like a usual Merlot, nothing too impressive...
