- A bright yellow greenish color with intense fruity aromas of pineapple, melon and citrus character. In the palate the wine shows fresh with fruity flavors, good balance, medium structure and a lingering finish. Wine and Food: Serve with shellfish, especially oysters, shrimps, crab cakes, seafood salad, roasted chicken or turkey, guacamole, pasta dishes with cream sauce, roasted pimentos, safran sauce or fish, vegetable terrine, or simply enjoy it as an aperitif.
