Winemaker: Carmelo Patti. Methode Champenoise, with 16 months on the lees. Light, salmon colored tone, with golden highlights. Lively aromas of toasted bread and honey are evident on the nose, while ripe fruit and a balanced acidity make this a well structured wine in the mouth.
