Carmel Ridge White 2009

Winemaker's Notes:

A dry white wine made mainly from Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Colombard and a little Semillon, from the Zichron Ya’acov vineyards. The wine was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromas of melon, pear and lime. The wine is clean, refreshing with good balancing acidity.
