Carm Quinta Do Coa Reserva 2007
Selected grapes of Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional in our farms. We used about 1/3 of each variety, looking for special notes and firm tannins of Tinta Roriz, the notes of rock rose and soft tannins of Touriga Franca, complete with complex aromas of black fruits and berries, and fresh floral notes too marked the Touriga Nacional Douro Superior.
Food Pairings for Carm Quinta Do Coa Reserva
On the nose, fresh and elegant with notes of black fruit and wild black cherries balanced with enticing hints of licorice. It has very discreet aromas complexed by notes of wood. The palate is hot and spicy with firm tannins smooth texture, very persistent late.
