Winemaker's Notes:

The Mosel-Saar-Ruwer region with its steep south facing slopes and the stony slate soil provides the perfect microclimate for the Riesling grape.

This Riesling reflects the unique feature of this region, the slate soil. The apple and citrus flavors are balanced with a unique minerality and a crisp acidity.
