Very clear and crisp with a pale yellow color, distinct palette of green apple and pineapple on the nose with notes of citrus and tropical fruit, wonderful finish of white cherry and apple.

For those of you out there who lament that "true Kabinetts" are no longer being made, here is your wine. This wine shows a mere touch of sweetness that is balanced by lots of juicy acidity. The nose offers peach notes as well as a bright and enticing green herbal and floral quality.

This dry Riesling is made from Spätlese level grapes, meaning that the nose is incredibly ripe and the palate full of mouth-watering, lime-y fruit. A very zingy example of dry Riesling, with just enough residual sugar to fend off austerity.

An exotic and aromatic Riesling from Weingut Carl Ehrhard. Full of spice, stone fruits, pepper and quince. Quite youthful on the palate with ripe minerality on the finish. An ideal seafood wine.
