With clean, tropical flavors and crisp acidity, Carica Sauvignon Blanc opens with floral notes and aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and gooseberry with a hint of toasty oak. Tasting of guava, fig and passion fruit, the wine has a prolonged, refreshing lime accented finish.
