Food Pairings for Caposaldo Chianti
Nice nose with earth, pepper, and dark fruits. This wine definitely had some woody flavors to it and I really enjoyed the subtle peppery spice. Light bodied with easy tannins, this wine would probably drink well with a variety of cuisine. Not bad at all, especially considering the price ($10 here).
