Cape Menetelle takes a minimal approach towards this classic Margaret River blend of suvignon blanc and semillion. The aim is to preserve as much frut intensity and regional character as possible, whilst providing a full flavoured distancitive white wine. The style accentuates the fresh frut characters of both varieties with tjhe added complexity and palete weight offered by small portion of barrel fermentation.

- Tasting note: A fifty/fifty blend of the two varieties which is partially barrel-fermented, and is one of the most reliable examples, year-in, year-out. The complex herb and spice fruit of the bouquet is followed by intense and powerful flavours of herb, citrus and gooseberry, the oak subtle throughout. Gold plated.
