- Sauvignon Blanc grapes from a vast range of coastal vineyards were picked at various degrees of ripeness to provide a complex blend of fruit characters. The wine was cold fermented and cold stored in stainless steel to maximize fruit retention. The wine received no barrel or malolactic treatment. The nose displays a myriad of grassy, grapefruit, lemon, and tropical fruit characters, typical of Sauvignon Blanc. The varietal focus follows through to the palate, finishing with zesty natural acidity. A style that is most enjoyable in its youth.
