Canus Friulano 2005

Member Review by Robert Dallas Gray:

A lot of alcohol heat in this one at 13%, and on the nose the acetone whiff obscures everything else. It dominates the palate as well, but after a few minutes in the glass some nice fruit starts to emerge, along with some pretty bracing, sour, lemony acidity. There's good body to it, and a beautiful golden colour that together generate a sense of luxury. Overall it's enjoyable to drink, but a degree or two less alcohol would make it much more appealing.
