Winemaker's Notes:

the grapes, hand picked are softly pressedwith pneumatic presses, followed by a crio-maceration of 16-18 hours and an “élévage sur lies” for 6/7 months

Tasting Notes:

Colour: straw yellow with pale green reflexes. Hints: It reveal fresh notes of lemon and jasmine that evolve towards the pineapple and the rose, in a bouquet intense and complex Taste: finely acid, fresh, has a good minerality and great persistence
