Beautiful clear red color, bubbles create a bit of foam on top when poured. Very fruity with a hint of bitter at end. It paired very well with white, dark, and milk chocolate. It just made the chocolate taste pop in your mouth without being overpowered by it. We couldn't get enough.

A lovely sweet wine perfect for socializing with your girlfriends or paired with chocolate-dipped strawberries. It's a deep-red sparkling dessert wine with a mild, unique flavor that will be the perfect accompaniment for next time I serve dessert to a special friend. *wink*
