This sparkling red Lambrusco comes from Cantina di Sorbara in Emilia-Romagna. It is incredibly friendly, with vibrant bubbles and ripe blackberry fruits on the palate. Drink this with a slight chill and enjoy it with anything from risotto to pizza.

This Lambrusco comes from Cantina di Sorbara located in Emilia-Romagna. It is incredibly friendly on the palate. Full of ripe blackberry fruits and frothy with vibrant bubbles. Drink with a slight chill and enjoy with anything from risotto to pizza.

Wine Tasting Notes The color of Lambrusco Amabile is dark ruby with purplish highlights and has the typical colored sparkling bubbles which characterises Lambrusco. It is refreshing, instense and with inklings of red fruits. On the palate it is sweet full bodied and accompanied by a light taste of cherries. Best with pasta, pizza, seafood, lasagne, tortellini, parmesan cheese, ham, salami and desserts.
