Tasting Notes: Colour: ruby red. Fragrance: intense, ethereal, characteristic. Taste: frank, full bodied, with moderate softness. Gastronomic combinations: with ham starters, red roast meats, game and seasoned cheeses. Percentage Grape: 90% cannonau, 10% other red berry grapes Soil: granite, limestone Date of Harvest: 3rd decade of September Vinification Method: grapes are accurately chosen and carefully pressed. The maceration lasts about 15 days. After the racking the must is put in oak barrel for 7 months to be refined Vinification Temperature: 23°C Alcohol Percentage: 13.5 % Total Acidity: 4,5gr/liter
